Privacy and Security

The problem with privacy on the internet is that once it in online anyone can see it.  With facebook they have privacy setting that have the right to let just your friends see it but sometimes it gets confusing as in the article that is "Facebook Privacy Is So Confusing Even the Zuckerberg Family Photo Isn't Private."  When having the internet there are people out there are a cat-fishing which is when someone has a fake social network account and they sometimes use random people pictures which I find really scary.  Just the fact of knowing that someone could be falling in love with a random person that is using my face and pictures scares me.

  1. I agree with you, now people can do anything on the internet to look at other people information and pictures.

  3. It's pretty scary how much digital info is out there about everybody. We just have to try to minimize how much data we put there ourselves and try to remove whatever we don't want out there. Sometimes it is out of our control because all these websites collect data on us whenever we use the internet.

  4. I have to agree with what you said about cat-fishing, it is quite disturbing what some people do when they create fake social media accounts and the consequences from such actions.

  5. Our security has been slowly becoming more solid, but mistakes from websites and places like Facebook can make us more afraid to use anything without knowing if it's truly safe or not.
